Themes: Building a better food future
Next Food Collective focuses on three key themes: sustainable agriculture, sustainable processing, healthy nutrition and well-being. Together, these themes span the full food value chain—from how we produce food to how we process it, and ultimately to what ends up on our plates. The protein transition is a vital element within this system, touching every part of the chain and playing an important role in achieving sustainable change. For each theme, we design targeted impact programs. While each has its own focus, they are deeply connected—reflecting the reality that meaningful food system transformation requires coordinated action across the entire chain.
By working with farmers, producers, consumers, and the broader ecosystem, we accelerate progress toward a sustainable, healthy, and future-proof food system.
