About the program
ReGeNL is a national program driving the transition to profitable regenerative agriculture, supporting farmers in adopting practices that combine food production with the restoration of soil, biodiversity, and climate. The program aims to transition 1,000 farmers to regenerative practices by 2031.
ReGeNL is powered by a network of over 50 partners across the entire value chain, from financiers and research institutions to policymakers, processors, and retailers, all working together toward this goal.
Key partners include leading cooperatives, networks, and research institutes such as FrieslandCampina, Cosun, Agrifirm, Rabobank, Wij.land, Herenboeren, BoerenNatuur, CSA Network, Toekomstboeren, Plaatsen, ZLTO, and Wageningen University & Research. The program is funded by the National Growth Fund.
